摘要
中国电信业的重组和3G时代的到来,给中国电信带来前所未有的机遇和挑战,中国电信如何充分发挥人力资源的比较优势,是提高中国电信核心竞争力的关键。在分析中国电信人力资源管理存在问题的基础上,提出相应的改进对策,致力于提高中国电信的核心竞争力。
Under the background of the reorganization of telecommunication industry, the external business environment of telecommunication market has changed greatly, which makes China Telecom faced with both opportunities and challenges. The human resources management of telecommunications enterprise is a process of making plans and organizing human resources. The key to improving core competitiveness of Telecommunications enterprise is to utilize human resources management. Reform measures are proposed base on the analysis of human resources management problems of China Telecom, which aim at improving the core competitiveness of China Telecom Corporation.
