摘要
手机媒体为政府信息公开提供了另外一种全新的方式。为了更加清楚地认识手机媒体在政府信息发布中的用,通过对手机媒体的优势及政府发布信息的效用进行分析,证明了利用手机媒体发布政府信息的可行性及重要意同时也提出了利用手机媒体发布政府信息的一些潜在问题。
The implementation of the government information disclosure act requires the government to disclose information to the public ; to fully guarantee the public＇ s rights to know and to build a service-oriented government. With the development of 3 G technologies, mobile media provides a new way for government information issuing, which allows the public to more easily and quickly to understand the government information. To clearly understand the instrumental role of mobile media in government information issuing, the advantages of mobile media and the effectiveness of information issuing are analyzed, thus exhibiting its feasibility and significance in government information issuing. Meanwhile, some potential problems of using mobile media for this kind of information issuing are investigated.
