摘要
研究了Ni(naph)2—Al(i-Bu)3—BF3·OEt2—ROR′体系催化丁二烯聚合的特点,考察了Al/B摩尔比、Al/Ni摩尔比、Ni/Bd摩尔比、ROR′/B摩尔比等反应条件对聚合活性及聚合产物分子量的影响,还考察了该体系的凝胶含量。实验结果表明,该体系中醚的加入不仅保持体系较高的聚合活性,较好地控制聚合物分子量,而且还能降低体系的凝胶含量。Al/B比的变化对聚合活性及聚合物分子量的影响显著,Al/Ni比、Ni/Bd比、ROR′/B比对其影响不大。
he behavior of butadiene polymerization with Ni(naph)2(Ni)—Al(i-Bu)3(Bl)—BF3·OEt2(B)—ROR′ catalytic system was investigated.The effects of polymerization conditions on the catalytic activity、the molecular weight as well as the gel content were also examined.It revealed that the highactivity-range of Al/B mole ratio was widen,the molecular weight could be controlled effectively and the gel content could be decreased greatly with ROR′as the fourth composition.The results showed that the catalytic activity and the molecular weight were influenced by Al/B mole ratio changing,while they were little influenced by Al/Ni、Ni/Bd mole ratio.
