摘要
对广丰膨润土进行湿法多级提纯研究,以Na2CO3进行钠化处理,测试了理化性能。以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对钠化土进行有机改性研究,FTIR、XRD、TG-DSC分析结果表明有机阳离子插入到蒙脱土层间,d001从1.238nm增大到2.250nm。
With the samples of montmorillonite from Guangfeng, multi-step wet purification was studied in this paper. Na- MMT was prepared with Na2CO3 and physi-chemical properties were analysised. Organic-MMT was prepared with CTMAB. FTIR, XRD and TG-DSC were used to test organic-MMT, results show that the d001 value were increased from 1.238nm to 2.250nm.
