传热系数随温度变化对化学放热系统临界环境温度的影响

摘要 将传热系数考虑为温度的函数,研究由传热系数随温度变化对化学放热系统的临界环境温度的影响。假设传热系数随温度变化的函数为幂函数,并通过分析发现:在幂函数假设条件下,不考虑传热系数随温度变化时,所求出的临界环境温度是考虑传热系数随温度变化时所求出的临界环境温度的最小值。研究了考虑传热系数随温度变化对系统的热安全性评价的作用。 Taking the heat transfer coefficient of exothermic system as the function of temperature into account, the influence of heat transfer coefficient on the critical ambient temperature of exothermie system was studied. Supposing the function of heat transfer coefficient influenced by temperature to be a power one, it was found out by analyzing that the solved critical ambient temperature at constant heat transfer coefficient is the minimum of that at variable one. The effect of heat transfer coefficient influenced by temperature on evaluating thermal safety of the exothermic system was investigated.
