摘要
超(超超)临界机组由于机组容量大、蒸汽参数高,为了确保机组长周期安全稳定高效运行,如何减少热力系统的腐蚀和结垢就显得尤其重要。化学监督所参考的标准和过程控制手段都要求更加严格。新机组建设和启动调试阶段的化学监督工作是第一道工序,对运行中的汽水品质影响较大,重点介绍上海外高桥发电三期工程1 000 MW机组的分系统调试、化学清洗、机组冲管及整组启动等各阶段化学监督工作的控制优化、技术创新等方面的工作情况。
The ultra-supercritical units are characterized by large capacity and high steam parameters.To ensure the long-term safe ,stable and effcient operation of the units,it is important to reduce the corrosion and boiler scale.The reference standards and control measures for chemicals related supervising are even stricter.The supervision of chemicals during the construction and trial run period is the first stage,which preatly affects the quality of steam water during operation.The author introduces the control optimizing and technical innovation during every aspects of the dhemical supervision process of the 100MW units of 3rd phase power generation project in Shanghai Wai Gaoqiao,including the trial run of indivedual systems,chemical cleaning,pipe washing and startup of the units.
