摘要
在现代化的电力系统中,实现电网故障在线实时智能辨识,对提高故障正确判断率、缩短停电时间、降低停电损失以及减轻运行人员的压力等方面都具有非常现实的意义。能量管理系统(EMS)、远程监控及数据采集(SCADA)系统及各种控制软件的升级完善,为建造新一代智能化、信息化、自动化的电网在线故障辨识系统充分创造了条件。以开关变位信息、SOE信息、保护动作信息、PMU动态数据、PMU录波数据以及录波器的故障录波数据文件为数据源,分析了智能电网故障辨识系统的功能,根据功能要求设计了系统的数据流程、系统交互接口与最终实用化展示方式。
It is of highly practical importance for modern power system to build smart grid diagnosis system in order to diagnose fault intelligently, improve fault identification validity, minimize blackout time and relieve dispatching people from high pressure. The upgrading and improved EMS and SCADA system make it possible to establish real time, automatic and intelligent fault diagnosis system. The system is based on the switch on - off information, SOE, relay protection information, PMU dynamic data. PMU recording data and the fault recording data of PMU. The author analyses the function of the system and presents the design of the data flow procedure, the interface and the displaying model for practical use.
