摘要 目的评价血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)在不同肾脏疾病患者中的临床应用及其与其他常用肾功能检测指标的相关性。方法各种不同肾脏疾病患者86例,Scr、Ccr正常对照组40例,血β2-MG、ERPF正常对照组40例,放射免疫分析法测定β2-MG。FT-691肾图仪测定ERPF,常规生化法测定BUN、Scr、Ccr。结果血清β2-MG正常时,与Scr呈一致性变化(P>0.05),与BUN、Ccr、ERPF无明显相关(P<0.05);血清β2-MG升高时,与BUN、Scr、Ccr、ERPF表现出一定的相关性(P>0.05)。结论肾功能受损早期时,β2-MG不敏感,ERPF可早期判断肾功能;肾功能受损达一定程度时,上述指标均可用于判断肾脏功能。 Objectives To evaluate the clinical application of serum β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) in patients with kidney disease and the correlation with other commonly used detected indexes of renal function. Methods Analyzed 86 patients with various different kidney disease in the test. Control groups includes 40 eases which is the Set, Ccr normal and 40 eases which the serum β2-MG, ERPF was normal. β2-MG was detected with radioimmunoassay, ERPF was determined by FT-691 renography, BUN, Ser, Ccr were measured by routine biochemical method. Results When the the level of serum β2-MG was normal, it showed consistent change with Scr (P〉 0.05), but had no significant correlation with BUN ,Ccr,ERPF(P〈0.05 ); when the level of serum β2-MG raised, it indicated a certain correlation with BUN ,Scr,Ccr and ERPF(P〉0.05). Conclusion In the early stage of renal dysfunction, β2-MG is not a sensitive indicator, ERPF can be the early determination; if the renal dysfunction was up to a certain degree, all these indicators can be used to determine the renal function.
