摘要
“精品课程”就是高水平且有特色的课程，高水平无特色或低水平有特色都不是精品课程。精品课程是一个发展的概念，在不同的时期和阶段，课程建设有不同的标准和要求，体现不同的特色。精品课程建设是一项系统工程，涉及师资队伍、教学方法与手段、教材、实验、机制建设等方方面面。
Elaborate subject desires not only high level but also characteristics. It is a developing concept. There are different standard and requirements for elaborate subject in different periods and it should represent different characteristics. Elaborate subject construction is a systematical project which has close relationship with the teachers＇ team, teaching methods, textbooks, experiments, management mechanism construction, and so on.
