摘要
电力工程造价问题直接关系到国家投资的回报和电力企业的综合效益。本文从外部环境对国内电力工程造价管理与控制的影响入手,揭示了电力工程造价控制是一项系统工程,需要进行全过程、全方位的管理和控制;而且从项目决策、设计、施工、项目审计和索赔等方面进行深入地分析研究,找出影响电力工程造价的关键因素,在此基础上提出了如何加强对电力工程造价的管理与控制,以真正实现有效地控制工程造价的目的。
Electric power industry is strong related to the social economy. The cost control of the electric power project is a systematic study, and it should be attached importance to in all the stages. This article analyses the whole programe of electric power project, including decision - making, design, construction, project auditing, compesation, etc. The author tried to find out the key factors, which may influence the cost of the electric power project in all the stages. Through paying attention to those key factors, there may be an effctive way to control the cost of electric power project.
