摘要
本文建立在市政工程估算编制办法的基础上,就评估会上对投资估算提出的主要意见,提出影响工程投资估算精度因素方面问题,旨在共同提高可行性研究阶段投资估算的编制深度,为建设项目前期投资决策提供可靠的科学依据。
Based on the organization solutions of the estimate of municipal public project, according to the main points of investment estimate in the assessment meeting, this article raises the problems influencing the precision factor of project investment estimate. The purpose of this article is to improve the establishment of investment estimate in feasibility study stage, offering more reliable scientific basis for pre - investment decision making.
