摘要
电力行业标准DL/T 5221-2005《城市电力电缆线路设计技术规定》适用于城市220 kV及以下电力电缆线路工程的设计。从参加该标准制定工作的角度,对其发布后的实施情况进行回顾,对该标准的主要特点、制定原则,对路径和敷设方式的选择、电缆及其附件的选择、金属护套接地、电缆隧道工艺及防火设计等问题作了说明。
DL/T 5221- 2005 ＂Technical rules for design of urban power cable lines＂ is the electric power trade standard applied to the design of urban 220 kV and below power cables. From the view of drawing up this standard, the paper reviews the implementation after publication of the rules, and precisely describes the main features of the standard and the principles of its drawing up, selection of route and layout manner, selection of cable type and its accessories, grounding of metal sheath, technology of cable tunnels and design of fire protection.
