摘要
讨论了αk=1-k/βm(服务台对系统中第k个顾客正确服务的概率)的有差错服务的M/M/1/m/m排队模型,得到了系统的平稳分布,平均输入率,平均队长,平均等待队长等各项指标。
The M/M/1/m/m Queuing system of the wrong service was introduced when the information desk provide the correct service with the probability αk=1-k/βm. And then the system＇s Stationary distribution , average input rates , average queue length, average waiting queue length were discussed.
