Roles and Mechanisms of Tumor Suppressor PTEN in Ischemic Brain Injury

摘要 近年来研究表明,肿瘤抑制基因PTEN不仅与脑发育和分化调控密切相关,而且其介导的信号网络还广泛参与了缺血性脑损伤的病理生理过程。深入研究PTEN在缺血性脑损伤中的分子调控机制将为缺血性脑损伤的治疗提供新的思路。 Recent studies have revealed that tumor suppressor PTEN does not only closely relate to the development and differentiation of brain but also get extensively involved into the pathophysiological processes of ischemic brain injury. Through research on the mechanisms of molecular regulation mediated by PTEN in ischemic brain injury will provide new perspectives for the treatment of ischemic brain injury.
