摘要
目的B超引导下肝穿活检在慢乙肝抗病毒治疗中的应用价值。方法对20例拟行抗病毒治疗的慢乙肝患者,行肝穿活检明确分级程度,行抗病毒治疗,对治疗前后进行分析及对比。结果经抗病毒治疗前后2次肝穿活检,病理结果显示炎症和纤维化水平均有不同程度的改善,前后对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论B超引导下肝穿刺活检对于指导临床、明确病变进展及选择合理抗病毒分级治疗具有很好的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the application value of B - ultrasound guided liver puncture biopsy in antiviral therapy lor chronic hepatitis B. Methods 20 cases with chronic hepatitis B proposed antiretroviral treatment got liver biopsy for grading the degree, and had anti - viral treatment. We had analysis before and after treatment . Results Pathology results showed that grading of inflammation and fibrosis in varying degrees improved. Comparison of before and after treatment had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion B - ultrasound guided liver biopsy in guiding clinical practice, clearing lesions progress and a selecting reasonable antiviral therapy has a very good clinical value.
