摘要
新升格本科院校,是高等教育大众化的产物。如何尽快实现由原专科办学模式向本科办学模式的全面转变,是这类学校需要首先解决的问题。作为新升本科院校的档案馆(室),面对新的形势和新的任务,如何拓展档案服务功能,是事关学校发展和广大师生综合素质提高的大问题。从观念、内容、体制以及技术上等方面系统拓展新升格本科院校档案服务功能是解决问题的基本途径。
How to transform the 3-year college into undergraduate university is the first problem to be settled in the newly-promoted undergraduate universities in the light of the education popularization. The expending of service function of archives department in concept, content, institution and technology is critical and essential for the development of school, staff and students in new universities.
