摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法将60例DN患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组控制饮食、适当运动和口服降糖药控制血糖,观察组在对照组的基础上使用血府逐瘀汤加减。结果总有效率观察组为83.3%,明显高于对照组50.0%,尿蛋白排泄率,24 h尿蛋白定量明显减少;低密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显降低。结论中西医结合治疗DN疗效较好。
Objective To observe the treatment of diabetic nephropathy （DN） with integrated traditional and western medicine. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups （n = 30）. The control group were treated with diet limit, moderate exercise and oral hypoglycemic agents,while the treatment group with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction in addition to the treatments for the control group. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 83.3%, which was 50.0% higher than that of the control group. Compared with the control group, urinary albumin excretion rate, 24 h urinary protein, and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in treatment group were considerably reduced. Conclusion Treatment of DN with integrated traditional and western medicine demonstrated a more satisfactory curative effect.
