摘要
在垂直管颗粒流动实验台及测试系统中,对粮食颗粒群流场进行了测试分析,采用数值分析和图像法探讨了粮食颗粒群的悬浮速度。将静压降法和投影面积法计算出的粮食颗粒群悬浮速度进行对比,得出二者吻合程度较高的结论。皮托管测试系统对流场的灵敏度较高,但对流场有干扰;图像法—非接触式测试手段对流场无干扰,但对流场的测试灵敏度相对较差。通过对不同颗粒和不同填充量的悬浮速度分析表明:悬浮速度随粒径的增大而增大,随填充量的增加而减小。
Experiment in the platform of flow grain system, flow characteristic of different - size particles is obtained. Suspension velocity can be obtained by means of the method of static pressure - drop and the method of projection area - ratio. The kinds of Suspension velocity are closer. Pitot tube test system is high sensitivity, but there is interference with the flow field. Image process is non - contact test means, without interference with flow field, but the sensitivity of the flow field is relatively poor. Different particles, filled with different amount of suspended velocity analysis concluded as follows : the increase of the equivalent diameter, suspending velocity rises ; suspending velocity decrease while the filling amount increases.
