摘要
通过对东营地区地下水位的现场观测和化学分析，进行了滨海盐渍土地区墙体和饰面的破坏机理研究，指出在毛细水作用下，冻融循环、结晶应力及溶出性化学侵蚀是引起墙体和饰面破坏的原因．
Through observations and experiments on the house wall and finishing on the spot in the area of Dongying ,Shandong,and the analysis of chemical constitution of underground water and salt content of materials such as brick and mortar,it is reveal in this paper that under the effecction of capillarity,freezingthawing circulation,crystal stress and digestive chemical erosion are the primary reasons which cause the deformation of wall and finishing.
