摘要
为减少土壤后期对烤烟供氮,降低上部烟叶烟碱含量,本试验通过不同起垄方式及覆盖方法对土壤氮素矿化量、烤烟生长、上部烟叶烟碱含量等因素进行研究。结果表明,提前1个月起垄并覆盖地膜的栽培方法能提前矿化土壤中的氮素,提高根系活力;该栽培方法能提高烟叶产量产值,在海拔较高的区域对降低上部烟叶烟碱含量有一定作用。稻草覆盖与对照相比较结果不理想。
The cultivation experiment of tobacco was conducted under the different ridge and mulch patterns to study the effects on mineral nitrogen quantity in soil, tobacco growth and nicotine content of the upper tobacco leaves to reduce nicotine content of the upper tobacco leaves by decreasing nitrogen supply from the soil at late growth stage. The results showed that the cultivation pattern of ridge and plastic film mulch one month ahead of time can early mineralize nitrogen in soil and raise roots activity. The cultivation pattern can effectively improve tobacco yield and output value and have a certain effect on reduction of nicotine content of the upper tobacco leaves in the region with a high elevation. The cultivation pattern of ridge with rice straw mulch was not as good as CK.
