摘要
在虚拟样机仿真分析可行性得到论证的基础上,介绍了一种基于虚拟样机技术的压力机传动系统有限元分析方法,它采用Solidworks和ADAMS建立压力机传动系统的虚拟样机后,对传动系统进行动力学分析,得到传动系统各构件的动态载荷,然后将载荷数据导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中,对其进行有限元优化分析,为传动系统各构件结构的设计优化提供依据。
on the basis of the virtual prototype simulation analysis feasibility which is proved, this paper introduces the virtual proto- type transmission press finite element analysis method based on the technology, uses Solidworks and ADAMS to establish press transmission virtual prototype, analyzes the transmission system of the drive system load for kinetics, then loads data into finite element analysis software ANSYS, optimizes its finite element analysis and provides the basis for structural component design of the transmission system.
