摘要
叙述了采用常压喷淋清洗模式,容易在玻璃表面形成很薄的水膜,因此降低清洗效率,且用水量巨大的问题以及开发出的超高压喷淋清洗装置,不但可以提高清洗效率,也大幅降低DI(去离子)水的使用量。
The atmospheric pressure cleaning spray pattern is easy to form a thin film on glass surface and to reduce washing efficiency, and at the same time its water consumption is huge. The super high pressure spray cleaning device not only can improve washing efficiency but also reduce significantly the usage amount of deionization water.
