摘要
通过对海绵钛产品中氯杂质来源的分析,提出了生产原料TiCl4纯度不低于99.9%,精镁达到二级镁标准,蒸馏温度低于1020℃,加料速度适当、均匀,还原后期及时补充镁等措施,以达到降低海绵钛产品中氯含量、减少产品夹杂缺陷、降低产品布氏硬度、提高产品质量的目的。
This paper discussed the source of chlorine on sponge titanium. The measures include the fineness of TiCI4 is more than 99.9 percent, Mg reachs standard of second class, distillating temperature is lower than 1020℃, feeding of TiCl4 is even and appropriate, magnesium is supplied in time. The series of measures make the content of chlorine, inclusion defect and HB decreased. So the quality of titanium sponge is improved.
