摘要
文章针对传统群决策中全局反馈方式的不足,提出了一种阶段反馈式群决策模型。基于二元语义和有序加权平均算子,建立阶段反馈式群决策过程,通过群成员间多阶段的交互和启发,产生满足群体期望要求的群体满意解。通过将某物流公司计算机系统更新方案选择作为算例,描述了阶段反馈式群决策模型的求解过程,体现出阶段反馈模型通过将群决策过程中各阶段交互信息集结于群决策结果,以提高群决策一致性、科学性的优势。
In order to overcome the shortage of global feedback in traditional group decision making, the paper proposes a phased-feedback method of group decision making. Based on 2-tuple and the 2- tuple ordered weighted averaging (T-OWA) operator, a phased-feedback procedure of group decision making is constructed, in which a group satisfying solution is generated by multi-phased interaction and illumination among group members to meet the expected requirements of the group. In an example of selecting an appropriate alternative to update the computer system of a logistic company, a procedure for solving the phased-feedback model of group decision making is described, which reflects the model's advantage of improving the consistency and scientificalness of group decision making by means of integrating the information derived from multi-phased group interaction into the result of group decision making.
