柠檬酸-水解淀粉的真丝绸防皱整理 被引量:3

摘要 用柠檬酸-水解淀粉对真丝绸进行防皱整理,研究淀粉用量、柠檬酸用量、次亚磷酸钠用量、三乙醇胺用量、焙烘温度和时间等因素对整理效果的影响。结果表明,优化的防皱整理工艺条件为:淀粉用量2%,柠檬酸用量7%、次亚磷酸钠用量6%、三乙醇胺用量2%、渗透剂JFC 2 mL/L,170℃焙烘90 s。真丝绸整理后的湿缓弹折皱回复角从204.0°提高到277.7°,且断裂强力、白度和耐洗性能较好。采用先整理后染色或先染色后整理工艺,染色真丝绸的K/S值变化不大。 DP finish of silk fabric with citric acid-hydrolyzed starch was carried out. Factors exerting influence on finishing results were discussed, such as dosages of starch, citric acid, sodium hypophosphite and triethanolamine, as well as curing conditions. It was showed that optimum conditions for wrinkle resistant finish were 2% starch, 7% CA, 6% sodium hypophosphite, 2% triethanolamine, 2 mL/L JFC, curing at 170℃ for 90 seconds. The treated silk fabric featured high wet recovery angle ranking from 204.0°to 277.7°, a small decrease in breaking strength and whiteness, as well as fairly good durability. DP finish before or after dyeing exerted little influence on K/S value of the dyeings.
