摘要
针对某柴油机活塞在工况下第一环槽温度过高,导致润滑油结胶的问题,提出了降低热负荷的改进方案,探讨了由活塞振荡冷却油腔上移对活塞温度场带来影响,通过对比振荡冷却油腔上移1~4 mm活塞温度场、应力场的变化,分析了采用改变振荡油腔位置来降低活塞第一环槽热负荷方法的可行性,提出了在使用提升振荡冷却油腔的方法来降低活塞热负荷时,对油腔提升高度的控制范围。
This paper mainly takes some diesel engine as an example, the temperature of first piston ring groove is too high when it in the rated speed working eondifion, it will result to the lubricant conking. So an improvement plan is put up to reduce the heat loading structure. In the paper, the alternation of temperature field and stress field caused by the piston cooling gallery shifted up from 1 - 4 mm is discussed. And also, discussed the feasibility of changing the position of piston cooling gallery to reduce the thermal loading in the first piston ring groove, so the eonelusion is that elevate the cooling gallery can reduce the piston heat loading, and know the gallery can be shifted in certain scope.
