摘要
针对硬质合金生产过程中出现的增氧脏化现象,对硬质合金粉末进行了自主设计的增氧实验,结果表明:对增氧脏化反应的影响因素从大到依次为:氧化温度,氧化介质的水分,氧化时间;随氧化温度、时间及介质水分的变化,合金组织中产生缺陷,导致脏化,从而影响合金的物理机械性能.
Aiming at oxygen increased reaction in manufacture of cemented carbides, cemented carbides powders were oxidized by original oxygen increasing experiments. The results showed that factors of effecting oxygen increasing reaction in descending order was temperature, water content of oxidation medium, and time; with changes of temperature, water content of oxidation medium, and time, defects occurred in structure of alloy, thus resulted in porous character and affected physical mechanical properties.
