Properties of indium(Ⅲ) adsorption of solvent impregnated resins from hydrochloric acid medium

摘要 以HZ-818大孔吸附树脂为载体、2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)脂(P507)为萃取剂,采用湿法浸渍技术制备了P507浸渍树脂,并对该树脂在盐酸体系中吸附铟(Ⅲ)的性能进行了研究.研究表明:在盐酸体系中P507浸渍树脂吸附铟(Ⅲ)时,最佳pH=1;吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,饱和吸附容量为30.6 mg/g;吸附过程为吸热反应. Solvent impregnated resins (SIRs) have been prepared by a wet-impregnation technique using styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer (HZ818) as the supporter, and 2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid mono-2- ethylhexyl ester(P507)as the extractant. The adsorption properties for indium( Ⅲ ) with this resin from hydrochloric acid medium were investigated. It was shown that the optimum adsorption pH was 1-1.5, and the adsorption capacity was 30.6mg/g. The Langmuir adsorption isotherm gave a satisfactory fit of the equilibrium data, and the adsorption process was shown an endothermic reaction.
