摘要
高校校园文化是高校在发展过程中形成的独具特色的核心竞争力,本文就目前高校普遍存在的文化精神现状进行了实质性的分析,阐述了大学校园文化对师资队伍建设工作的影响及相互之间的作用,提出了目前高校必须培育和倡导特色鲜明的大学文化,增强师资队伍的凝聚力和向心力,才能在激烈的高校人才竞争中持续发展。
Campus culture is the unique core competitiveness shaped in the development of colleges and universities. This article analyzes the nature of current situation of culture spirit prevailing in colleges and universities, describes the influence that campus culture exerts on the development of teaching staff and the interaction between them. It is suggestd that colleges and universities should dewlop and promote their campus culture with distinguished features, strengthen group coresiveness and centripetal force of the teaching staff, so that they can maintain a sustainable development in the intensive campus recruitment competition.
