摘要
工程竣工结算审核具有政策性强、涉及面广、技术性高的特点,结果直接关系到建设单位和施工单位的切身利益。为做好审核工作,应加强前期资料管理,采用科学的方法,明确审计内容,突出审计重点,提高从业人员素质。
Final account and audit have the characters of strong policy and wide scope and high technique. Its effect is related to the interests of building and construction section. To finish this task, enhance the document management in advance, make use of the methods of science, define the content of audit, give emphasis to the key points and improve the quality of employees.
