摘要
文章介绍了近年来自旋电子学中广泛研究的三种典型的隧道结,对其自旋过滤效应的物理机制进行了分析归类,在此基础上,给出了影响其过滤效果的主要因素。
Three typical spin-filter-typo tunnel junctions are introduced which have been extensively investigated in recent years. The physical mechanisms responsible for spin filtering effect are analyzed in detail, and the main factors affecting spin filtering efficiency are also studied.
