摘要
目的通过探讨北虫草提取物增强小鼠体能的效果,为开发北虫草预防和消除疲劳以及保障体能的实际应用提供科学的依据。方法每个实验分3组:对照组、北虫草低剂量组(300mg/kg)和北虫草高剂量组(900mg/kg),每组小鼠14只,雌雄各半。采用密闭缺氧方法观察小鼠耐常压缺氧时间,采用低温负重力竭游泳实验观察小鼠抗疲劳作用,采用放射免疫分析法测定血清睾酮含量。结果低和高剂量组雄性小鼠耐常压缺氧存活时间分别为(35.3±6.9)min和(38.3±7.0)min,均高于对照组(27.4±6.2)min,(P<0.05)。低、高剂量组雄性小鼠力竭时间分别为(32.0±10.0)min和(37.6±11.1)min,均高于对照组(23.1±10.3)min,差异有显著性(P<0.05);高剂量组雌性小鼠力竭时间为(13.5±3.8)min,高于对照组(10.2±3.3)min,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。低和高剂量组雄性小鼠血清睾酮浓度分别为(288.17±212.21)fmol/L和(311.1±217.8)fmol/L,均高于对照组(89.3±72.0)fmol/L,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论北虫草提取物具有增强小鼠体能、预防和消除疲劳的功能。
Objective To study the effect of Cordyceps militaris(CM) extract on physical fitness of mouse, so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and recovery from fatigue by using Cordyceps militaris. Methods Forty-two mice were divided into 3 groups: control group, low dose (300 mg/kg) of CM group, high dose(900 mg/kg) of CM group. Each group had 7 female mice and 7 male mice. Mouse hypoxia experiment was performed in vacuum flask;exhausted swimming time was observed by loaded swimming in ice water. Serum testosterone was determined by radioim- munoassay kit(RIA kit). Results The survival time of male mice exposed to hypoxia in both low and high dose of CM groups [ (35.3 ±6.9) min, (38. 3 ± 7.0) min, respectively ] was longer than that in control group [ (27.4 ± 6.2) min, P 〈 0.05 ], the exhausted swimming time of them[ (32.0 ± 10.0)min, (37.6 ± 11.1 )min], was also longer than that in control group [ (23.1 ± 10.3) min, P 〈 0.05 ]. The swimming time of female in high dose of CM group [ ( 13.5 ± 3.8) min was longer than that in control group[ ( 10.2 ± 3.3) min, P 〈 0.05 ]. The level of testosterone in both low and high dose of CM groups [(288.17 ± 212.21)fmol/L, (311.1 ±217.8)fmol/L] was higher than that in control group [(89.3 ± 72.0)fmol/L, P 〈 0.05]. Conclusion The extract from Cordyceps militaris could strengthen physical fitness of mice, and prevent from fatigue.
