摘要
通过对4Cr5MoSiV热模具钢中奥氏体存在形式的分析,提出以0.1%的铌替代传统型热模具钢中约0.43%的钒这一新方案,并对两种采用同样的热处理过程的试样进行测定,结果表明:在4Cr5MoSiV钢中以铌部分替代钒后钢的热强度和热硬性得到了提高.
The structure of anstenite in 4Cr5MoSiV hot die steel is analysised and a new formula is got.In this new formula 0 43% V is partly substituted by 0 1% Nb.The test of sample after same hot treatment shows that hot hardness and hot strength of 4Cr5MoSiV steel increased.
