摘要
针对电子采购中具有语言评价信息的买方与卖方交易匹配问题,提出了一种决策分析方法。首先,给出了电子采购中基于电子中介的买方与卖方交易匹配的问题描述;然后在此基础上,将买方与卖方给出的具有语言评价信息的效率矩阵转化为二元语义形式,考虑以买方与卖方双方满意度最大为目标构建了多目标优化模型,根据二元语义的自身特点将模型进行转化,并最终转化为单目标线性规划模型进行求解来得到交易匹配结果;最后,通过电子采购中交易匹配的实例分析说明了本文给出方法的可行性和实用性。
A decision-making approach is proposed to solve the trade matching problem between buyers and sellers in electronic procurement. Firstly, it gives the description of matching problem between buyers and sellers in electronic procurement based on electronic broker. Then, the efficiency matrixes with linguistic evaluation information given by buyers and sellers are transformed into the form of two-tuple linguistic aggregation operators. To maximize the satisfaction degree of buyers and sellers, a multi-objective optimization model is constructed. The model is converted based on the characteristic of two-tuple linguistic representation. The multi-objective optimization model is finally transformed to a single-objective linear programming model. By solving the model, the trade matching results can be obtained. Finally, an illustrating example of trade matching in electronic procurement is given to show the validity and feasibility of the proposed approach.
