摘要
通过对四轴线切割工艺特征及几何关系的分析,建立了通用的数学模型,依据工件上下表面的几何信息确定工作台和上导咀的运动关系,从而实现四轴线切割的运动控制。
By analyzing the processing property and the geometry relation of the 4axis wireelectrode cutting system, a global mathematic model is set up, which decides the movement relation of work bench(x,y) and upper guide roller(u,v) according to the geometry information of the workpieces upper surface and bottom surface, thus to control the movement of 4axis wireelectrode cutting system.
