摘要
应用Matlab软件对带轴向槽水润滑轴承的润滑性能进行数值计算与分析。结果表明:轴向开槽轴承压力分布不连续,相同几何尺寸的轴承开槽后承载能力比不开槽时的低,槽宽越大,槽数越多,轴承的承载能力越低。
The lubrication performance of water lubricated bearings with axial groove was calculated and analyzed numerically in Matlab. The numerical results showed that there was discontinuous pressure distribution in axial grooved lubricated bearings. For the same geometric dimension, the bearing with groove had less bearing capacity than the one without groove, and the wider the grooves, the more their numbers of the groove, the lower was the bearing capacity of the bearings.
