摘要
分析大型液化天然气船温度场时,可以通过设定合理的对流耦合系数,模拟内外壳之间空气对于热传递的作用。依托通用有限元软件,开发出自动建模、边界条件设定、热力学解析计算、有限元循环判定计算等程序,最终输出对流耦合系数的专用计算模块。该计算模块可以自动搜索不同距离内外壳、不同环境温度下最合理的耦合系数,为进一步准确计算大型液化天然气船的温度场提供依据。
The heat transfer of out and inner hull is one of the key problems of LNG ship's thermal analysis. The rational convection coupling coefficient is important to analyze the heat transfer between out and inner hull. A computation module was built, which contained automatic building FEM model, setting boundary conditions, computing by thermodynamic analysis method, cyclic computing, and outputting the best coupling coefficient. By using the computation module, the best coupling coefficient could be found in different temperature and different distance between out and inner hull, which is very helpful to simulate the temperature field of LNG ship.
