阐述了普茨迈斯特公司生产的液压驱动固体泵输送有机废物的优势:所有含有一定有机成分的物料都可进行预处理和泵送;可根据厌氧消化工艺的需求准确地调节消化罐进料量;输送管道完全封闭,避免了如臭气和遗洒带来的环境问题;可输送高含固率和混杂大颗粒杂质的物料;能从物料中分离无机组分,为后续的厌氧工艺无故障运行提供保障;能应用于24h连续运行的有机垃圾厌氧消化工艺系统。指出了不同泵型适用于不同有机废物的输送:单活塞液压固体泵用于潮湿、破碎的秸秆类物料的输送;S型摆管的双活塞液压固体泵用于绿色生活垃圾和可再生垃圾(NaWaRo)的输送;球阀的双活塞液压固体泵用于鸡粪和其他粪便的混合物的输送。同时介绍了德国布鲁赫萨尔的J覿ger&Walz可再生能源工厂、比利时OWS工程公司、法国Valorga工程公司和奥地利Kssen MUT食品和餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产气站的情况。
The benefit of using piston pumps developed by Putzmeister to feed biomass was discussed. All different kinds of material with a certain organic content could be prepared and pumped. With a piston pump it is possible to adjust the flow of material into the fermenter to always have the correct feed for the digesting process, have no environmental impact of smell or leakage because that pipe lines are hermetically closed, pump material with a very percentage of dry solid and containing large particles, separate inorganic foreign particles from the material and guarantee a trouble free production of methane ggs in the fermenter, and operate the bio-methanisation process and the production of energy at 24 h/d for years. Different pumps were used for different kind of biomass. For example, single cylinder piston pump for rough material like wet and chopped straw, dou- ble cylinder piston pump with S-tube for green household waste or regenerating waste (NaWaRo), double cylinder piston pump with ball valves for chicken excrement mixed with manure. And the situation of some projects was introduced, including J^iger & Walz Renewable Energy Plant in Bruchsal, Germany, OWS Engineering Company in Belgium, Valorga Engineering Company in France, and Kossen MUT Food Waste Methanization Plant in Austria.
