摘要
不利天气导致交通条件及路面状况恶化是引发道路交通事故的重要原因。扩展浮动车技术能利用车载传感器实时采集全程路况信息,并通过车载无线通信网络,将采集到的路况信息传递给其他受到影响的附近车辆,同时通过信息中心将信息传达给更广泛的受众,对保障不利天气下道路行车安全具有重要作用。文中分析了利用扩展浮动车技术识别不利天气下路况的研究现状,构建了基于扩展浮动车技术的信息采集和路况识别系统,提出了实现不利天气下路况识别的扩展浮动车关键技术。
Deterioration of traffic conditions and pavement conditions under adverse weather is an important cause to induce traffic accidents. Extended floating car data may collect entire road information in real time by using vehicle-sensors. It can also transfer the road condition information acquired to other affected vehicles in the vicinity through vehicle wireless network communication technology, and disseminate the message to a wider audience through the information center. It plays an important role in safeguarding road safety in adverse weather. This paper analyzed research status of road status recognition in adverse weather by using extended floating car data, constructed the system of information col- lection and road status recognition, and put forward the key technology of extended floating car, which can realize road status recognition under adverse weather.
