摘要
目的观察海带多糖(LJP)对辐射局部损伤雄性大鼠性功能的影响。方法分组及构造大鼠辐射损伤模型,将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、阳性对照组、阴性对照组和LJP实验组,灌胃10d后行一次性γ射线局部辐射,辐照剂量6.0Gy/只,72h后进行大鼠的交配试验及阴茎勃起试验,并测定附性腺器官脏器系数。计算精子数和精子活率。测定血清睾酮(testosterone,T)、垂体精子生成素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、垂体间质细胞刺激素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平。结果LJP实验组能明显缩短受局部辐射损伤大鼠的阴茎勃起潜伏期、爬高潜伏期,提高爬高动物百分率;提高其包皮腺、精囊腺-前列腺、提肛肌等脏器系数,提高精子数量及活力;提高血清性激素水平,与阴性对照组相比差异有显著性和非常显著性。结论LJP可以改善和促进受局部辐射损伤大鼠的性功能。
Objective To observe the effects of Laminarina Japonica polysaccharides(LJP) on sexual function and reproductive function of the local radiation damaged male rats. Method Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, the normal control group, negative control group, positive control group and LJP treatment group (50 mg/kg/d). LJP was applied to the treatment group for 10 d before local irradiation with γ ray (6.0 Gy). Results The incubation period of penis erection and mounting was shortened; and the percentage of mounting animals, organ coefficient of foreskin gland, sperm count, and motility rate were increased in LJP experiment group. The levels of serum T, LSH, FSH,were markedly increased but E2 markedly reduced as compared to the negative control group. Conclusion LJP can increase the sexual function and reproductive function of local radiation damaged male rats.
