百棉1号棉花生长期几种酶活性的变化

摘要 [目的]进一步研究棉花的生长机理。[方法]检测百棉1号在正常生长条件下2个时期(苗期和花期)3个时间点(苗期的六真叶时、八真叶时和花期)不同部位过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性、POD和α-淀粉酶同工酶及可溶性蛋白含量的变化。[结果]POD和CAT活性在根中均随苗期的推进呈下降趋势,叶的活性与之相反;在不同器官中,叶POD活性和蛋白含量最高,根CAT活性最高,POD和α-淀粉酶同工酶谱显示器官差异较明显,不同时期仅存在强弱差异。[结论]百棉1号生长期不同部位不同时期酶活性有显著差异,可溶性蛋白含量也存在器官和时间差异性。并首次报道了根部的POD和CAT的活性变化随苗期的生长呈下降趋势。 [Objective] The research was aimed to further study on the growth of cotton. [Method] The activities of peroxidase (POD) and catalase(CAT) , isoenzymes of POD and α-amylase and content of soluble protein were investigated in different organs at three time point (six true-leaf and eight true-leaf of seedling, anthesis stage) during two growth stages (seedling and anthesis stage) of Baimian No. 1. [Result] The activities of POD and CAT were both decreased in the root during the growth. POD activity and soluble protein content in leaf was the highest among different organs while the highest activity of CAT presented in root. There were obvious differences in isoenzymes of POD and α-amylase among different organs but only differences of activity were found at different stages. [Conclusion] Differences in enzyme activities and content of soluble protein were observed among different organs at different growth stages. The study reported firstly the results that the α-tivities of POD and CAT in root decreased with the time growth.
