摘要
采用室温模压成型的方法制备了较高密度的Cr13型不锈钢,并研究了烧结温度、烧结时间及烧结成分对粉末冶金Cr13型不锈钢的烧结密度和硬度的影响。结果表明,随烧结温度的升高和烧结时间的延长,Cr13型不锈钢的烧结密度和烧结硬度有了明显提高,并且不含铜的Cr13比含铜的Cr13提高更明显。
The high density Crl3 stainless steel was fabricated by room-temperature mold compaction formation method, and the influences of sintering temperature, sintering time and sintering ingredient on sintering density and sintering hardness of powder metallurgy Cr13 stainless steel were studied. The results show that the sintered density and the sintered hardness of Crl3 stainless steel increase obviously with the increase of sintering temperature and sintering time, and Crl3-free copper increase more obvious than copper-bearing Crl3 stainless steel.
