摘要
目的探讨安全有效的奥沙利铂脱敏方案。方法对2008年1月至2009年1月年我院肿瘤科接受奥沙利铂并发生过敏的6例患者,通过稀释奥沙利铂,从1∶10000的小剂量低浓度,逐步增加直至全量,对其进行脱敏化疗。结果5例患者成功脱敏,其中2例又完成了后续3周期脱敏化疗,仅1例出现下肢皮疹、瘙痒,有效率为83.3%。结论稀释低剂量脱敏方案安全有效。
Objective To offer a safe ,effecitive and cnnvinent desensitization protocol of oxaliplatin. Methods We analyzed six consecutive patients who had documented HR to oxaliplatin and in whom continued treatment with oxaliplatin was considered advantageous. The patients were treated with oxaliplatin using a 6 - 8h, 7 - step desensitization protocol with a 30 - min premedication regimen. The desensitization protocol was developed for the third oxaliplatin cycle starting at 1：10,000 of the therapeutic dose followed by doubling doses thereafter until a cumulative goal dose was administered. Results Five patients complete subseqent courses of oxaliplatin without reactions, one patient had failed to finish the protocol becase of itehness and rash of low limb. Conclusion The diluted desensitization protocol of oxaliplatin is safe and effective for treating patients with oxaliplatin hypersensitivity reaction.
