摘要
任何事物的存在和发展,必然有它自己的客观规律,而阐述这一客观规律的系统、科学的思想和学说,即为该事物产生与发展的理论支撑。数字化学习社区的产生与发展离不开与之相适应的社会背景,这一社会背景成为它发展的坚实基础。
Everything has its own objective law in its existence and development. The systematic and scientific thought and theory to elaborate the law are the theoretical supports for its birth and growth. The digital learning community cannot generate and develop without appropriate social background which is the solid foundation of the community.
