急性心肌梗死急诊行经皮冠状动脉介入术中再灌注心律失常的临床研究被引量：19

摘要目的:探讨急性心肌梗死患者急诊行经皮冠状动脉介入术中再灌注心律失常的特点及防治。方法:回顾性分析82例急性心肌梗死急诊行经皮冠状动脉介入术中发生再灌注心律失常患者的临床资料。结果:<6h开通冠状动脉者再灌注心律失常发生率高于6～12h开通者,明显高于12～24h开通者(P<0.05)。前降支、右冠状动脉梗死再灌注心律失常发生率高,前降支梗死发生快速型心律失常多见,右冠状动脉梗死组发生缓慢型心律失常多见。结论:急性心肌梗死患者急诊行经皮冠状动脉介入术中常发生再灌注心律失常,尤其是心肌梗死发生早期行经皮冠状动脉介入术更易发生。右冠状动脉梗死患者术中缓慢心律失常多见,前降支梗死患者快速心律失常多见。
