摘要
认证标准为院校质量保证提供了比较确定的参照系,它体现了一定时期人们对高等教育质量的价值追求。通过对较有代表性的新英格兰学校和学院协会认证标准及指标体系进行分析可以发现,美国院校认证标准价值取向实质上体现了外适性、内适性和个适性三者的融合。这种"三维一体"的价值取向特征具体表现在社会导向功能凸显、弹性多元的衡量尺度和以学生为本的服务理念三个方面。
The standards for accreditation provide comparatively affirmatory flame of reference for the quality assurance of institutes. It incarnates peoples' value quest of the quality in higher education at certain period. According to reviewing the standards of accreditation for New England Association of Schools and Colleges, we can discover that the value orientation of standards for accreditation in institutes of American higher education incarnates the amalgamation of outer,inner and individual. The amalgamation of three dimensionalities incorporates three aspects of the obvious society oriented function, flexibility and multiplicity of weighing dimension,and student-based service idea.
