富气压缩机叶轮开裂原因分析及对策 被引量:2

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司炼油分部联合一车间三催化裂化装置富气压缩机是该装置的关键设备,正常生产时起着控制反应器压力、回收液化气及干气的作用。叶轮在投入运行5 a后发生开裂,严重影响了设备的安全运行。针对富气压缩机叶轮发生的开裂情况,观察了裂纹的宏观形貌及分布,对叶轮材料进行了理化性能检验和金相组织分析,对断口形貌进行了扫描电子显微镜分析,对断口腐蚀产物的化学成分进行了能谱分析。采用有限元数值计算方法,对叶轮进行了三维有限元应力分析,并对叶轮进行了强度校核。通过综合分析,得出富气压缩机叶轮开裂是在硫化氢腐蚀介质和振动引起的交变应力交互作用下产生的腐蚀疲劳开裂。根据分析结果,提出了相应的改进措施并加以实施,取得了良好的效果。 The rich gas compressor in the 3# cracking unit of SINOPEC Maoming petrochemical company's refinery is an important equipment of catalytic cracking facilities. It is used for controlling reactor pressure, recycling liquefied gas and dry gas in normal operation. After 5 years of operation, the impeller cracked which affected the safe operation of equipment. Based on the cracking of impeller of rich gas compressor, the macro forms of cracking were studied, the tests of physical and chemical properties and metallographic examination were performed. SEM and EDS of corrosion fracture sections were carried out. Through numerical calculation method of finite element, stress analysis of three dimensional finite element and strength checking of impeller were accomplished. It was found out that the root cause of cracking is corrosion fatigue cracking caused by wet H2S medium and alternate stress of vibration. Improvement measures were proposed and implemented, and good results have been achieved. On the basis of analysis, corresponding measures were presented to prevent the cracking and good results have been achieved.
