摘要
随着经济全球化、政治多极化和科技信息化的不断发展,各国之间的联系不断加强,各国之间的竞争已经是以科技为核心的综合国力的竞争。影响国家安全的因素也逐渐由政治、军事等传统因素转向经济、科技等非传统因素,经济安全在国家安全中占据越来越重要的地位,成为影响国家安全的重要因素。新经济安全观是对新形势下国家经济安全问题的根本态度和观点,是对客观的经济安全状态的综合反映,是系统化、理论化的经济安全观念。在新经济安全观的指导下应如何维护我国的经济安全,是一个值得思考的问题。
With the continuous development of economic globalization and political multi - polarization and scientific and technical information, the links among countries has been continuously strengthened, and the competition among the countries has become the competition of comprehensive national strength based on science and technology. The factors affecting national security are gradually changing from the political, military and other traditional factors to economic, scientific, technological and other non - traditional factors, becoming important factors affecting the national security. The concept of new economic security is the fundamental attitudes and perspectives of the national economic security in the new situation and is also the comprehensive reflection of the objective economic security of the state, as well as the systematic, theory-based economic security concept in the new economy.
