摘要
介绍了一种适用于石油化工工业各种换热器、塔和管线等设备表面的溶剂型重质油垢清洗剂及清洗剂的主要性能和现场应用情况。通过对该清洗剂污垢溶解能力、对碳钢等材质的腐蚀试验及药剂回收研究发现:清洗药剂对金属和垫片无腐蚀,药剂对油焦垢的最大溶解度为21.6%,在80～100℃馏程内回收率为74%。
Here introduced are a cleaning agent for clean - out of heavy oil fouling on the surfaces of various heat exchangers, towers, pipelines and equipment in petroleum refining and petrochemical industries as well as its main performances and field application. The testing of dissolution performance and corrosion on carbon steel materials etc of this cleaning agent as well study on the recovery of chemical agent have found that the cleaning agent has no corrosion on metal parts and gaskets. The maximum solubility of the agent on oil fouling is 21.6% and the recovery rate within 80 - 100 ℃distillation range is 74%.
