摘要
研究了在5~61℃温度区间由玉米粉和玉米油组成的电流变体(ER)的导电性质。玉米油的介电常数随温度升高而降低,温度对ER强度的影响与玉米粉颗粒和玉米油的电导率之比(σp/σf)有关。
The electrical properties of corn starch/corn oil ER (electrorheological) suspensions were measured in the range 5~61 ℃. The dielectric constant of corn oil Kf decreases with temperature and the activation energy is 42 kJ/mol, while that of the ER suspensions K increases with temperature and the activation energy is 42 kJ/mol in high temperature zone of ER suspensions and 88 kJ/mol in low one. For the entire temperature range of 5~61℃ the electric field exponent is 1.6±0. 1.
